Ambassador Bettie

I put myself into the roll of the clinic manager a long time ago. The position never existed but I decided it was needed. Those worker hoomans definitely need some direction. I tried to find a title that would fit for a diva like me. I have done a great job at this for a lot of years. Now, I think it is high time that I get a promotion. I have been just the clinic manager for long enough. I cannot wait on that bearded hooman they call THE DOCTOR to make a move on this. So, I have decided to show initiative and give myself this promotion. I am now the Greenbush Veterinary Clinic Ambassador. I think it is an appropriate title for all that I do. I have exceptional skills and talents. Now, I will still continue in my current duties managing the worker hoomans and all of the functions of the clinic. No one else is qualified for this. I will just have some added responsibilities. I have always done these things but now it is officially part of my job duties.

Can any of you hoomans think of a better title for me? After all, an ambassador functions as a primary bridge between a company and its clients. They serve as the face of the brand. They have to be highly energetic and approachable. I got this all from the Google but that exactly describes me (I AM ENERGETIC…..never mind all those photos of me lounging places)! I build lasting relationships by engaging with the clients one on one. After all, I allow them to give me love and scratches. This fosters trusts between us and keeps them loyal and coming back for more. Who can ever get enough Bettie?

I ensure client satisfaction, promptly address complaints, troubleshoot problems and de-escalate any issues that arise. If I sense things are getting stressful, I pop out to lend a paw. Everyone knows that the mere interaction with a cat, especially me, can trigger the release of calming hormones which naturally boosts your mood (again, help from the Google). We cats offer a calming presence. My goal is for everyone to have a smooth experience.

I definitely promote this place. I am an expert at all things Greenbush Veterinary. I represent the clinic in all that I do. After all, I am famous! I am sure that my blog is known and read worldwide. This place would all turn to shambles without me.

I feel like THE DOCTOR is definitely on board with this promotion as I recently have been given an office. He must have thought it was time for Bettie to shine even more! Those foolish worker hoomans think this office was made for them. I often find them lounging in my seat or playing around on my computer. This annoys me greatly. I have much work to do, especially, since I have discovered that there is a bird in my computer. I can see him as clear as day on the screen but cannot catch him. He sits there and chirps and chirps at me taunting me. I have no idea how he got in there or if he came with the computer. He definitely needs to go! I do not know why I have so many things in my life that taunt me!
