I was walking around minding my own business when I saw a hooman come through the front door. I immediately darted toward one of the front desk hooman’s thrones, jumped up on it and pounced onto the counter to say hi. This visitor hooman moved away from me. I gave my best, “heeeeyyyyy”, and they still would not pay any attention to me. One of the worker hoomans grabbed me and told me that not all people like cats. WHAT? This cannot be true! I am perplexed. Who does not like cats?
I decided to use the Google and clicked in “hoomans who do not like cats”. Some hooman named Al responded and, after spelling words in my search wrong (it's definitely spelled HOOMANS), wrote that hoomans can dislike a cat for various reasons, including personal experiences, allergies, and a different preference for pet companionship. Who would ever want a different companion? Cats are the best. We cover up all of our messes unlike those uncouth dogs. We do not have to be walked outside. I have watched many of those hoomans with dogs get soaked when the water comes down. How could anybody want to deal with all of that?
Al also wrote that some may find cats aloof and unpredictable. Now, I do not know who this Al is, but he needs an education. This is where I’m drawing the line. Everyone knows that a cat is VERY predictable. Just try and feed a cat later than you are supposed to and you will find out how predictable we are! I know when them worker hoomans get here, after hours of my solitary confinement, I’ll be getting my crunchy food and my wetsy food…..and they better not even forget the wetsy. If they do, I will not eat! That is pretty darn predictable if you ask me Al!
